I thought, that Mario Kart 9 could be released on both the handheld and home consoles next-gen. Here is my suggestions:

64 tracks every game:

32 Retro
32 New

8 of each Retro and 8 of each New track will be present on both iterations of the game. These 16 tracks can be streamed to the other console.

They play both the same, have the same items and features etc.
But some gamemodes can be different. The handheld can have a streetpass mode, where you race streetpassers, with AI based on the streetpasser's actual performance in the game.

The home console can have extra battle modes.

What do you think?
