How to Get The Blood of Lathander
You will get The Blood of Lathander by completing the Find the Blood of Lathander Side Quest in the Rosymorn Monastery. See that guide for a complete walkthrough, but in sum:
The Blood of Lathandar is found in the Secret Chamber in an underground shrine to Lathandar in Creche Y'llek. Before you enter it, you need to acquire the Dawnbringer Crest. To find it, head to the stained glass puzzle on the top floor of Rosymorn Monastery. Find the three ceremonial weapons that are spread out around the monastery and place them on the appropriate altars.
To get into the Secret Chamber, head to the Inqusititor's Chamber in Creche Y'llek and find the interactable statues on the west side of the room. The one on the south side needs to face west, but it's stuck. You can throw a bottle of Grease at it to loosen it up. The statue on the north side needs to face east. When the statues are faced correctly, a secret wall will open. You need to walk down a hallway, disabling traps along the way, before finally reaching a podium. Place the Dawnbringer Crest into the podium and then take The Blood of Lathandar.
