People crying about DLC show that they have never played a modern Capcom game before, as all of their recent releases have included unnecessary DLC upon release. DMC 5, for example, includes the ability to purchase gems, a currency you can obtain by just playing the game (obviously), and yet the ability to purchase them as DLC was there day one (of course, if you purchase said DLC, you may have a problem), and yet the game sits upon a nice 95% on Steam. Let the kids cry and throw their tantrum, they’ll move onto the next game, as they do. As far as the game goes, it’s great, good fun, especially love it when night falls and everything gets dark. A lot of games are scared of making actual dark nights, but never DD. Glad to see it return. I’m also a big, big fan of games that don’t hold your hand like a toddler, showing you where to go. Big, big plus, and I’m glad that this is finally becoming a bigger trend (thank you FromSoft). While CPU bottleneck is an issue on PC currently, I’m sure this will get fixed soon enough, but it’s currently the reason why I’m not scoring it higher. All in all, it’s more Dragon’s Dogma, and I couldn’t be happier. How about MML3 next?
