I followed this game's development since before its name changed from "Secret Legend" to "TUNIC", and it didn't disappoint.
I genuinely love this game, it captures this unique experience difficult to describe now days, the hardship of playing a game in a foreign language (which I later learned was intentional).
The art style and the soundtrack are just beautiful.
And, if you happen to have a hard time dealing with the game's challenges, the community is more than willing to help in a way I've never seen before.
Please, in the name of everything that's mundane and holy, make yourself a favor and play this game, you wont regret it.
The amount of heart and charisma this game has is indescribable.
A genuine passion project made reality.
With Quake inspired mechanics, distorted to resemble a Devil May Cry game, ULTRAKILL is a unique FPS to experience.
It's a miracle what RD Team has done the past few years, this game feels like a breath of fresh air.
If you like horde shooters, this a must-try.
Also, the modding community is surprisingly active.
Yes, it's technically Age of Empires 2 reskinned for the Star Wars universe, but it's still a fun game regardless.
If anyone is considering getting the game, consider using the Expanding Fronts mod. It adds widescreen support plus new custom factions taken from legends and canon alike.
And the multiplayer is somewhat alive thanks to the mod.

I wish my vocabulary wasn't so poor so that I could properly convey how genuinely good this game is.
If you liked the classic WipeOut series, please give BallisticNG a try.

Out of all the 3D Castlevania games, this is the closest one will ever get to play a 3D Symphony of the Night.
The level design is somewhat lackluster, but the rest of the gameplay make up for it.
I am not a person who gives a lot of 10s to games, not even to my favorite Xbox game of all times: "Star Wars KotOR 2 TSL", but this game is just so different. One of my first truly difficult games I've ever played during my childhood, Ninja Gaiden will sweep the floor with any first timer but, the combat is just so good. I wish more pople tried to replicate it.
A reverse RTS action game where you don't play as a commander, but the most expensive unit of the faction.
The worldbuilding manages to pique my interest, but the story itself is barely serviceable, if not mediocre.
The game loop, however, is simple and addicting.

The definitive edition of the original Doom, The Ultimate Doom is just as good as the original. The 4th episode is such a blast to play through, you can see Id Software learned their lessons quite well in it.
The whole package is decently paced, has good tunes and a balanced difficulty curve (if you ignore Nightmare difficulty, of course).
For a PC game made in 1993, Doom holds surprisingly well.

If you want to play this game, make sure you play the Ultimate Doom instead.
John Romero returns from cryostasis to deliver one of the greatest unofficial mapsets released at the time.
SIGIL is a beautiful yet punishing experience.
Both the MIDI and the HQ soundtrack slap.
This is a really good JRPG, but the humor has not aged well (it's not terrible, just a little outdated).
However, the throwbacks, references and parodies are still enjoyable.
Although this is a game I enjoyed playing, I honestly can't recommend it. BUT, the developers of this fan game made a spiritual sequel named Jupiter Hell. Please go play that game instead.
