킹덤 언더 파이어 2가 PS4로 출시합니다. 모두들 기대되시나요? https://t.co/JHV1GHptK7Deeper into the KUFII Twitter feed, the team also commented on the possibility of Xbox plans for the game (an Xbox 360 version was reportedly abandoned in favor of PlayStation 3 development in order to allow cross-platform play) and the fate of the PlayStation 3 version (which appears to have been canceled in favor of the more robust PS4 platform; the last time we heard about a PS3 version was an early but promising Kingdom Under Fire II PS3 video posted by the team to YouTube in January of 2013.)

Blueside is currently busy at the trade show itself, but the company expects official press releases (including an English-language version of the news) as well as a full refresh of the Kingdom Under Fire II website in the coming days.
Fans of the Kingdom Under Fire series have been awaiting KUF II (which is being made for PC in addition to PS4) since the game's announcement way back in 2008. IGN last previewed Kingdom Under Fire II in 2011, and it knocked our socks off; we're looking forward to playing it again to see if it still holds all that promise. News from a previous KUF II showing (reported by MMO Culture this September at Indonesia Game Show 2013) indicated a planned early 2014 release on for Kingdom Under Fire II in Korea, followed by Taiwan, Indonesia and later North America. Even if that timeframe holds, PS4 version (like the PS3 version before it) would be unlikely to follow that schedule, but hopefully the move to the more powerful PS4 will allow the team to fit this massive game onto a console easier and quicker than with last-gen technology.
Developer Blueside has been updating its KUFII Twitter and KUFII Facebook pages with coverage from the G-Star 2013 show floor, so expect some goodies showing off Kingdom Under Fire II to come out of that show.
