Divine Beast Dancing Lion
You've seen the trailers, so you know the Divine Beast Dancing Lion is no pushover. It'll likely be the first DLC boss that you face, given that you'll probably venture deeper into Belurat Tower Settlement early in your playthrough. This beast uses different elemental attacks, such as lightning strikes, spinning tornadoes, and gusts of cold air that cause Frostbite buildup.
Rellana Twin Moon Knight
The younger sister of Rennala (yes, the sorceress boss from the base game) has made Castle Ensis her domain. She's an expert in melee combat and arcane sorceries. Facing her means that you'll have to contend with multiple swipes from her combo chain, as well as Glintblade-type spells.
Putrescent Knight
This decrepit foe awaits you in the depths of the Stone Coffin Fissure, a dungeon in Cerulean Coast. Thankfully, you won't need to rely on just yourself or your Spirit Ash, since there's a companion that you can summon.

Commander Gaius
This fella is astride a wild boar, so the encounter is basically like a mounted duel. Watch out for his boar rush charges, as well as quaking eruptions from the ground. Note that this boss' arena is fairly close to where you can gain access to the Scaduview/Hinterlands locations.

Scadutree Avatar
If you can manage to drain the flood waters in Shadow Keep, then you'll be able to access the lower depths of the fortress. The path here leads to the base of the Scadutree, which is guarded by this giant creature. Oh, and you'll have to survive not one, not two, but three phases.

Romina Saint of the Bud
This Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree boss guards the Church of the Bud in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh. Think of her as Malenia-lite. Yes, some of her attacks apply Scarlet Rot--so make sure you have Preserving Boluses to spare--but she has a hard time dealing with multiple targets. Summons, such as Greatshields, can help carry the day.
Midra Lord of Frenzied Flame
This boss is found in Midra's Manse, which is in a hidden region called the Abyssal Woods. While he may seem like a pushover at first, he'll reveal his Madness-inducing powers once the second phase begins.

Metyr Mother of Fingers
This Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree boss hides in its own realm deep within the shadow, and you can only face it at the end of a quest chain. The battle itself is a bit like the Elden Beast encounter from the base game--i.e. slow movements and wide area-of-effect attacks. The key difference is that this entity also summons many creepy crawling hands during the fight.

Bayle the Dread
The boss' name may be a nod to Balerion the Black Dread from Game of Thrones, which means this dragon is one of the most dangerous foes that you can encounter in the DLC. You need to beware of devastating attack chains, long-distance rushes, and even aerial bombardment.
Messmer the Impaler
The trailers make it seem as though Messmer is the big bad of the DLC. Well, technically, he's still a villain, and he's going to test your patience once you enter his chambers in Shadow Keep.
Almost all of Messmer's attacks are fire-based. Then, once you reach the second phase, he'll start showing his own "serpentine" skills. We expected him to shout "Strike first, strike hard, no mercy!" like he's a member of Cobra Kai.
Promised Consort Radahn
If you thought Starscourge Radahn from the base game, then the DLC variant will push you to the brink of frustration. The first phase of the bout is relatively straightforward, since Mr. Meteor likes to crash land like an extinction event. Then, the second phase happens, where Radahn pretty much turns into Battousai or Isshin the Sword Saint from Sekiro, complete with holy-infused blasts.
