The Disney + and Hulu libraries have merged into a single app, and that means Disney's family friendly content is available alongside some more adult fare. That trend continues this week with the launch of the first seven Saw films landing on Hulu.

For anyone just catching up, the Saw series began in 2004 and has become a huge sensation. The films involve a serial killer named Jigsaw putting people through deadly games that aim to help the victims learn to learn life lessons in a twisted way. The narrative became even more complicated and convoluted over the years, and the franchise was even parodied in Scary Movie 4 with Shaq and Dr. Phil.

The seven Saw films available on the Disney+ app now include Saw, Saw II, Saw III, Saw IV, Saw V, Saw VI, and Saw 3D, all of which were originally released between 2004 and 2010. The three newest Saw films, Jigsaw (2017), Spiral (2021), and Saw X (2023) are not available on Disney+, however.

The Disney+ with Hulu bundle costs $10/month for the basic plan with ads or $20/month with no ads. Now that Disney+ and Hulu content are in the same app, the platform's algorithm will recommend titles from across both catalog.

Naturally, the internet is loving the announcement and has assembled some stellar memes. You can find some of our favorite memes and reactions to the news below.
