More Silent Hill information is coming soon.

Konami has announced that it will be hosting another Silent Hill Transmission showcase this week. It will air on May 30 at 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET.

Konami didn't reveal much additional information, but clarified that it will be sharing game updates, merch, and a deeper look at the upcoming film. After a long hiatus, Konami has been utilizing the Silent Hill IP much more now. Behavior Interactive's Silent Hill: Ascension and Hexadrive's Silent Hill: The Short Message were both released within the last year to lukewarm reception.

However, the most notable game project is the remake of Silent Hill 2, which is being handled by The Medium developer Bloober Team and is due out sometime this year. Silent Hill F is an upcoming Japan-set entry and is being developed by Neobards Entertainment, while Silent Hill: Towerfall is being developed by No Code and co-published by Annapurna Interactive.

A film adaptation for Silent Hill 2, called Return to Silent Hill, was announced in 2022 and is being directed by Christophe Gans. He also directed the original 2006 Silent Hill film. Return to Silent Hill is due for release this year as well.
