Halo Season 2 Limited-Edition 4K Blu-Ray Preorders Are Discounted

Halo: Season Two arrives on June 23, and it's packed with over two hours of exclusive features and behind-the-scenes content.

Comments

Season 2 of the Halo TV series aired earlier this year on Paramount+, thrusting Master Chief (Pablo Schreiber) deeper into his battle with the Covenant. Many critics and fans saw it as a radical improvement over Season 1, as it offered better action scenes, an engaging (and mysterious) storyline, and solid performances from its leading cast. Whether you're an avid fan or someone interested in checking out the show in its best possible visual and audio format, you can now preorder the limited-edition steelbook edition of Season 2 on 4K Blu-ray. This collectible version of Season 2 releases on July 23 and matches Season 1's steelbook edition. Best of all, both seasons are discounted at Amazon and Walmart.

Halo: Season Two Special Features

Whether you opt for the 4K or Blu-ray edition, you'll gain access to over two hours of bonus features. This includes:

  • Halo the Series: Declassified Episodes 1-8
  • Silver Team Returns
  • Kiki's Favorite Set: The Condor
  • Brining the 26th Century to Life
  • A Visit to Luma Pictures
  • Building A Covenant Warship
  • Making The Fall of Reach
  • The House of Soren
  • Writing for Halo S2
  • Bigger Better Props

Before diving into Halo: Season 2, you'll probably want to have worked your way through Season 1. Thankfully, a variety of deals are available for the show's first season. If you're looking for another limited-edition steelbook, you'll find the Halo: Season 1 Steelbook on 4K for $43 (down from $59) at Amazon and Walmart. If you don’t care about steelbooks, you can save a bit of cash with the standard Halo: Season 1 4K UHD Edition, as it’s listed for $31. The cheapest option is Halo: Season 1 (Blu-ray) for $28. Depending on your location, Prime members can benefit from free next-day shipping on all titles.

Fans of the show should also consider preordering The Making of Halo The Series: Hope, Heroism, Humanity. The upcoming book will give Halo fans an in-depth look at the creation of the Paramount+ series. It's set to release on October 29 and is available to preorder for $50 at Amazon.
