Last Minute Fourth of July Meats Still Available at Stokkes

HERMANTOWN, Minn. — No matter the weather Stokkes meat market in Hermantown has your fourth of July needs covered.

They say burgers, brats, and pork butts are hot sellers. Regardless of demand, they don’t expect to sell out of anything and encourage customers to come in for their last minute needs.

“Lately a lot of people have been smoking stuff so we got brisket, tried tips, pork butts been really popular if you want to make your own pull pork, make your own brisket,” said Manager Kris Bjonskaas. “It’s gotten really popular in the latest couple of years. So a lot of people doing that too.”

Stokkes will be open from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. on the Fourth of July. There they will have hot and ready to go pulled pork and briskets available.
