In addition to the ratings making the rounds, we also saw a pair of screenshots surface via UFC Intel on X, who shared the Jose Aldo, Rashad Evans, Renan Barao, Antonio Nogueira, Jones and Quinton “Rampage” Jackson renders:

Game Mode Information

EA released a trailer this week detailing the returning and new game modes in EA UFC 5. UFC Fight Week is a live service mode that gives users the chance to pick winners on the main card of the upcoming event, while also completing event-related challenges.

There’s an online career mode which challenges users to use created fighters exclusively in head-to-head matches across four divisions. In this mode, created fighters will level up increasing attributes, moves and add digital cosmetic items while competing for online titles against other real-world players.

Fight Now mode has been restructured across all match types. Kumite bouts are now one 25-minute round with other fight types also recognizing the time and round specification associated with the real-life stipulations.

Online championship returns, but this year, users will only be able to use fighters from the EA UFC 5 roster as they try to rise to Division 20, and to win online titles.

Here is a look at the trailer released that offers a deep dive into the new feature set.

Be on the lookout for a complete review once the game is released or when the review embargo is lifted.
