Dylan has made it his mission to see as much of the world as possible, and strives to give everyone the tools to get out and do the same with simple, actionable information.
Dylan Pearl is a deputy editor for the Credit Cards and Travel Rewards team at Forbes Advisor. He has over 10 years of experience in editorial, working for a number of publications, and an extensive knowledge of credit card rewards and miles and how they can be maximized.
More important, Dylan is a travel expert. Even before joining the Forbes team, Dylan was a professional traveler exploring the world. He has visited over 60 countries on six continents, and has gained a tremendous knowledge of how to travel on any budget. Since joining the Forbes team, he has learned the ins and outs of travel rewards and miles, and how to use them to travel more efficiently. His travels have given him insight into cultures of all kinds and fueled his love of geopolitics, history and current events.
In addition Dylan can play seven instruments, is a PADI certified rescue diver and currently is the taco eating champion of two bars in New Zealand.
