Susie Xu is the Emmy Award-winning Executive Producer of Erin Burnett OutFront, the longest-running CNN program at 7pm.

Susie is an experienced media executive with a proven record of success in programming. She is a 20+ year veteran of CNN and started her career at the network as an intern in the Washington, DC, bureau. She has produced a wide range of shows, including Larry King Live, the network’s iconic interview program.

Susie has also played a crucial role in CNN’s special programming and election coverage both in the field and in the control room. In between production roles with various shows across the network, Susie also worked in the Beijing bureau as a field and package producer.

Susie was born in Tianjin, China. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University.
