Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced the celebration of DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE’s 9th-Anniversary Campaign with new content and an event at Times Square!
To kick off the celebration for DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE’s 9th Anniversary Campaign, the mobile beat ’em’ up game will receive new content ranging from new characters, login bonuses, and special 9th Anniversary Missions. Alongside the additional content, there will be a surprise takeover at Times Square in New York as the new characters joining the roster will be showcased on the billboards for spectators to view and be amazed for a limited time.
Making a surprise visit to Times Square on July 8-14, DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE will be crashing the party with Super Saiyan Broly and Super Saiyan Gogeta from the movie Dragon Ball Super: Broly, showcasing on the billboard. Not only will they be showcased on the billboard, but they will be joining the massive roster in celebration of the 9th Anniversary Campaign!
Super Saiyan Broly and Super Saiyan Gogeta will be featured in the “Dookan Festival” and the “Legendary Summon Carnival” summons during the anniversary to unlock the new SSR-ranked characters. Possessing powerful abilities, Super Saiyan Broly can transform into a Full Power State, and Super Saiyan Gogeta can transform into a Super Saiyan God SS Gogeta! Alongside the characters joining the roster, the game will be implementing a feature to allow users to perform summons at a discounted price to help make it easier for the characters to join your team.
As the player logs in to DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE during the campaign for the first time, they will be receiving 30 Dragon Stones, Tons of Thanks Summon Tickets, Special Select Character Dragon Stone 4, and an [Invitation to the Ultimate Battle] Gogeta. But as the player continues to log in once a day during the campaign duration, they could receive 3 Dragon Stones per day, Celebration Summon Tickets, and a 9th Anniversary Coins.
Lastly, sets of 9th Anniversary Mission will be available to partake in with tons of rewards to claim. The list of missions that will be coming to DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE are:
- Beyond the Ultimate! 9th Anniv. Celebration Mission – Clear daily and special missions to collect 51 Dragon Stones and 9th Anniversary Coins.
- 9th Anniversary! 7 Great Super Mission – Clear 7 missions that will be added gradually to get special commemorative 9th Anniversary Unique Titles.
- Tough Struggles for Survival! Planet Vampa – Unlock “Movie Bosses” Category-exclusive EX Skill Orbs by clearing the missions once per day.
