So far the system is lovely and works well. The reason for the four stars is that I did not receive the item advertised. What I was sent was the Japanese version of the console. It still works fine and doesn't seem to be any different, I just wish I had to post this here for other buyers. If you just want this switch to play, then its great so far! If your looking to collect the NA release of this console, you might need to look elsewhere.

Bought a used Zelda switch and this is my first switch ever! The screen size is amazing for a handheld device and the colors pop! The games are nice as well. You can buy them in physical form or Digital which downloads directly to your device. Pro tip.. the digital version of the games is usually more expensive than the physical games. The only downside is that I have to hide the switch from my kid because he is obsessed with them and I refuse to lose my new switch to a kindergartener. 5 stars!

I never owned a switch before so it is hard for me to comment in regards to past models. However, I found this to be a great console. I was a bit disappointed that it did not come with a copy of the Tears of the Kingdom at first. However I realize now it is quite a large game, and I can understand why it was not included. This is a nice looking unit, I am happy with the battery life which is probably an easy 10-12 hrs. I keep airplane mode on as much as possible, as I find the internet connection a hard drain on the battery. There is a bit of wiggle between the controllers and the screen itself, nothing too bad, I expect this is because the controllers are detachable. All in all, a good console.
