[Edit] returned back stick of RAM directly to G.Skill. Return was painless. I just received my replacement stick and everything worked out well. Updating my review to 3 stars to reflect decent service. Still annoyed that RAM died within two years.

I purchased this in September 21, 2019. I had no issues at all for two years when one of the RAM sticks was still working. Amazon directs you to G.Skill's customer support. I put in a request to them for a replacement because these should not have a life span of only two years. I am waiting for a reply and will update this review to reflect my experience with G.Skill's customer support.
