Siege (The Boy in the Iron Box Book 5) Kindle Edition

The mercenaries set an explosive scheme in motion to blow this bad dream to smithereens. But in chapter five of The Boy in the Iron Box, they soon find that even the best-laid plans can backfire.

With the morale of the team fraying, Liev makes a vow. He’s not going to leave anyone behind until the last stand is seen through to its cold and bitter end. On this night, it’s Liev who lies in wait to face everything he’s feared. It’s nothing like he expected.

From Academy Award–winning filmmaker Guillermo del Toro comes Siege, chapter five of The Boy in the Iron Box, a blood-chilling serialized novel about an ancient secret that was never meant to be unleashed, featuring exclusive interior artwork. Each chapter can be read or listened to in one breathless sitting.

So, now all are either now undead, or dead. There is no-one left to even attempt to rid the world of the boy in the iron box. What do we have to loom forward to in the last installment?!

Another good part of this ongoing story. Now to the next one . I'm not certain at all how it will play out.

I hate the horror genre and I think that is just what this series is but I couldn’t put it down! A great short story series.

There is suspense here, in spades. At least the good guys have a plan, but the outlook is not great.

I don't know why these books are more like chapters. Not sure you can even call them short stories at this point. Just annoying to have to move on to the next one. The writing is wonderful though. I'm hooked.

Things continue to get worse for the survivors, and possibly for the outside world as well. The end is approaching, but will it be the end of everything?

With the climax getting closer the action keeps coming. As the end of series approaches our mercenary numbers dwindles. And no one has yet to survive direct contact with the Boy.
