My kiddo was really excited about this new backpack, but came home within the first week of school disappointed that the plastic strap adjuster broke. SO frustrating and honestly disappointing. I weighed the options and decided that rather than return this and receive a new one with the same issue, I would fix it myself. I purchased some replacement parts for the adjusters off Amazon and it was good as new in a day. If you're kids are in love with this but it breaks, I recommend getting new parts and move on.
