Kids had been dealing with Joy Con drift for the past 18 months, didn't mention anything until it got really bad, so about 12 months in. Typical kids.

Anywho, these looked pretty slick and we're t any more expensive than the typical Joy Cons, so I splurged. Shortly after the purchase, I read a couple articles that mentioned that Nintendo did something different with these specific Joy Con's, effectively fixing future drift issues. We'll see.

The original certainly did not hold up, especially for Nintendo, who's products I've associated with quality for decades. It took years for my N64 joysticks to go bad. My Wii, Wii-U and Switch Pro controllers are doing great. Heck, even some old Xbox 360 controllers are pretty solid, very minor drift but a heavy 4 years of Rocket League will do that. Glad Nintendo is fixing the Joy Cons if they do go bad, so figured it was a safe bet to go for it.

These are some of the best chili con that Nintendo has ever released I definitely do not regret buying these whatsoever in fact I had to buy an extra pair just because of how beautiful they are one pair I plan on using while the other pair I plan on keeping sealed and part of my Zelda collection

Anyone who was a Zelda fan even if it's a slight amount definitely needs to get their hands on these beautiful Joy cons or even if you're just a Nintendo fan you definitely cannot miss the opportunity to get these at some point they won't be as available as they are right now at least I believe that and they will definitely shoot up in price as almost everything Nintendo usually does so now is your opportunity to buy it before it's too late

Also I know there is a lot of people asking if they fix the joy con drift on these specific models and to be honest I really can't give you a fair answer all I know is that on these specific joycons I have not had a single issue with them at all and they've been working perfectly fine ever since I got them and I got them the first day they released and have been using them ever since Non-Stop and I'm usually pretty rough with my controllers and still nothing has happened
