Let me start off by saying..As a licensed cosmetologist I can appreciate anything that makes hair care easier, with simplicity and an innovative design.This tool meets all the marks on my checklist, and I am very impressed with how well it works.Controls!! super easy, heats up quickly, multipurpose, curls or straight.It can handle both with ease.It does the job and well, and not even having to use excessive heat.Less passes in the hair , not to mention it looks very good , works wonders at making the hair straight and the shine that it leaves!!Oh my 🙀makes this tool necessary for a perfect blowout!Works on all hair types, from the fine to coily and curly.This is suitable for all hair types.Very satisfied with this iron, the only reason for the 4 stars is the hefty price tag, but it’s worth it especially if your in between salon trips and you want a professional at home blow out.This is it..I recommend. 👍🆙

The dry bar styling iron is a timesaver when I need to smooth and reduce the frizzing on my hair. I have straight hair, but it does kinda have some wave to it - it curls under and over and just can be quite messy looking

this heated up very quickly and it did help smooth and straighten out my hair. I use this quite this dry bar tool quite a bit when I don’t have time to wash my hair in the morning. it helps freshen up my hair and not make it look so messy.

My only complaint is that there is not a locking mechanism on this styling iron. I’m used to having styling irons lot with a locking mechanism, so that the irons are separated all the time. It would also be nice if this had a flip down piece so that it could sit on my countertop without it sitting directly my countertop.

I have used several different straighteners in the past. I have fine but extremely curly hair. I was excited to try one of drybar’s but was extremely disappointed. I gave it several weeks to try it out. I don’t use heat everyday, but this thing fried my hair. It is so dry and brittle now, something that I haven’t had without changing any of my previous products. I also found that it pulled on my hair when doing passes. It didn’t go smoothly which ended up pulling more hair out that I expected. Definitely will not recommend.

Not for me and my thick long Asian hair. It tugged and pulled and mostly, took too many passes. Eventually I’d have to go over it with a crappy 1” that works better than this. Looks great, doesn’t work well. Not for me.

This is a very nice high quality styling tool that's great for various hair types. Both my mother and I love the way that it performs. Some of my favorite features are that it heats up fast and creates wonderful beautiful curls effortlessly and I especially like how shiny and smooth my hair looks afterwards. It's one of the best styling tools that I have.
