Still receiving lots of spam, no reply from Pro support

    Hi,

    I’m using Akismet Pro and have sent email messages to support, but I have not received a reply as yet, so I thought I try my luck here.

    I was using the Jetpack contact form and Akismet Pro, but receiving lots of spam. Initially I was told that the system was learning from the feedback that I marked as spam and it should improve within a couple of days, but it didn’t.

    I have since changed to WPForms Lite, enabled WPForms spam protection and Akismet, but still receiving lots of spam messages through our contact form.

    Spam is mainly the same format, the name is FirstnameLastname with any spaces and all fake.

    In addition I have now installed Ninja Firewall hoping that it will block the ip addresses of the spammers.

    Thank you, but I have now installed another product based on advice from another user here and it did stop the spam immediately.
