Site incorrectly identified as commercial

    My site, buber.net/Basque/, has incorrectly been identified as commercial. I don’t have ads on my site, I don’t sell any products, I don’t promote a business, nor do I solicit donations for my site. I do have one banner to solicit donations for a project I’m not part of – none of the donations come to me. Is that the issue?
