Fix the admin script initialization

    A bit of investigation showed that I had the issue due to jquery-migrate not being loaded in the theme I was using on the site experiencing the issue with cf7-conditional-fields.

    So I would definitely recommend to fix this in the plugin and use the code from the PR.
