Thanks Jeremy,
is the patch included in the above mentioned link? http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/jetpack.zip.
Or do I have to hack the code myself?
When is the next jetpack release scheduled?
Regards
Nick
I don’t have an ETA for the next version yet, but you can download the development version here:

Thanks for working on this so quickly Jeremy. My Yahoo File manager will only let me download up to a 5mb file. Will there be an update for Jetpack, with the fix, coming any time soon, or is that what you mean by the next version?

That’s what I mean indeed. We just need to test that version before to release it. If your file manager is limited, you could try to delete the Jetpack plugin from your dashboard, and upload the development version I linked to above by going to Plugins > Add New > Upload?

Did as you instructed–uploaded development version–everything working great since then. Thank you.
Just loaded the alpha version and it works great. Fixed the problem for me. Nice one.
Got it working by installing development version. Thanks.
@jeremy Thanks for the link to the development version. It works for us, with sticky posts. Doesn’t seem to solve the problem showing features content per category “featured” yet… Or am I missing something?
@bph: Please create the tag ‘featured’, not a category.
For more details see:

Revised my earlier statement it works with tag ‘featured’ as well as sticky posts. One needs to decide for one of the method and stick with it.
However the development version change how the Top Pages & Posts widget pulls in the image for the list. Before the widget displayed any image that was found in the post, now it only displays the feature image only.
I posted an issue on GitHub, https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/45
Any news on when an update for Jetpack will be released? I really do not want to un-install/delete my current JP install. Is there no chance of an intermediate update release?
We’re still testing the Beta version. You can download it here:

This problem still exists. 🙁 Any chance on an official release soon? I’d rather not use a plugin that isn’t fully stable yet.
