Suddenly, the collection maps display only one map instead of all the maps linked to the collection. What can I do to solve the problem ?

    Hi @zerider,

Thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues.

Looking at your site, I can see that the background requests to load the Maps are failing (HTTP 500 – Server Error). I recommend changing the “Shortcode Method” to embed (Settings > Advanced > Collection Options).

    I hope this helps.

    Hi Joe,

Thanks for your fast answer. But unfortunately the setting to “embed” causes all the pages with collection map to be not displayed at all. All the page is blank now. Note that pages with simple map remain correctly displayed.

    Hi @zerider,

I’m sorry to hear that did not work. From here I cannot say why those background HTTP requests started producing an error. Are you able to view your PHP error log? That may give some clues.

    Cheers,

    Joe
