    Hi,

Is there a way that I can change the size of the buy now button and quantity on the productcards that do not affect the button on the product page? When I use CSS to change it changes both places and I can`t seem to find the right class for this. There is also a huge difference in the size of the button on the variable products and the single products, why is that?
Difference in size can be seen here: https://safety.nortek.st/produktkategori/brannalarm/spesialdeteksjon/linjedetektor/

    Best regards
    Synnøve

Hey there, @syntve! Thanks for contacting us.

I checked your website and it seems the default WooCommerce buttons are being overwritten by either a plugin or, most likely, your theme.

By default, the “add to cart” buttons on the shop and product page have different classes and I just tested and I was able to change them separately.

On your website both buttons have the class single_add_to_cart_button. While on a default theme, such as Storefront/Twenty Twenty-Four the shop page button has the class add_to_cart_button instead.

Another thing to notice is that by default, the product quantity does not show on the shop page, so this is also being added by the theme or another plugin.

Regarding the button size, this is also not as default.

By default, the text on the button on the shop page changes depending on the type of product:

    • Add to cart – for simple products
    • Select options – for variable products
    • View products – for bundles
    • etc

The button then changes the size slightly to accommodate the text length.

On your website, all products have the same text, but the variable ones have a different size, correct?

So, since the buttons you need to change seem to be overwritten by, most likely, your theme. I suggest reaching out to the theme’s support so they can assist you further.

I hope this was clarifying. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help or if you have any questions.

    Have a wonderful day!
