The Fox is a tavern in Vizima; located on the same street as the The Old Narakort tavern, it enjoys the less favourable reputation of the two.[1]
History[]
In 1252, the witcher Geralt of Rivia arrived in Vizima on business, and visited The Fox looking for a bed. The innkeeper, wary of strangers, suggested he stay at The Old Narakort. Geralt disapproved and ordered a beer, before being attacked by three racist local customers, who had grown angry hearing his Rivian accent. Within seconds, Geralt had incapacitated them all, and was promptly arrested by the city guard.[1]
