Reflecting on his journey, Danny shared: "At the beginning time, I was overwhelmed because our process is quite complex and there were many new things to learn. It was especially challenging because I was juggling both work and studies. My secret was simply to prioritize work and use any free time I had left to study! Luckily, even as a Trainee, I was trusted and chosen to participate in several big projects and received some interesting tasks from the team, which helped me gradually improve my skills. Additionally, PLAYSTUDIOS Vietnam is such a wonderful place where I work with talented people who have supported me a lot in my work, like Brandon, Tuan, the entire Game Engineer team, and other inspiring colleagues like Emma and Michael." The day-long training program, attended by managers from Vietnam and other studios, covered fascinating topics: Understanding the Business as a Manager, The Employee Experience Lifecycle, and Performance Management.  Through Stephanie's theories and practical examples, participants had the opportunities to sharpen their management skills, gain a deeper understanding of the continuous development process of an employee, and master the art of setting clear expectations and providing constructive feedback to their teams. Each manager has their own goals and management style, but they all aim to build a skilled and cohesive team that contributes to the common goals of PLAYSTUDIOS.
