CWR was set up in 2015 to create awareness of the plight of the woman and children that were displaced by the war in North-eastern Nigeria. The idea was to appeal to companies through extraordinary sporting challenges like mountain climbing, cross-country cycling, and other activities. CWR has since used this medium to attract sponsorship from other sectors like education, to helping underserved schools get equipment to enable them to be digitally savvy, helping MSME woman entrepreneurs after the effects of covid etc.

Successfully delivered one of IBM‘s top centennial programmes that delivered >20% increase in revenue for 70% of the participants and were featured in the IBM NY Times press release.


    For IBM Centennial, I developed and coordinated the programme "Enterprise Challenge 100" where 100 IBM volunteers mentored 100 Small businesses to achieve their smart goals in 100 days.

In 2000, started an ISP and 10 internet cafes in Lagos which grew to 100 technical, marketing, and customer service staff, and was sold in 2006 for a profit. Set up a partnership haulage business with a 16-truck fleet transporting goods from PZ, UAC, Unilever, and FarEast. Hired an experienced General Manager to run the business which was sold after 5 years for a profit.
