How many times have we heard interviewers try to get some sort of Marvel Cinematic Universe scoop from an actor? And it basically never works because these folks have been through some serious media training. That said, sometimes you get a little nugget, such as with Letitia Wright talking about Black Panther.

During a recent interview on “The View,” Letitia Wright was asked if there was more Marvel films in her future—specifically “Black Panther 3.” The actor, being as media trained as she is, didn’t confirm nor deny anything, but she did give fans hope that they might see the new Black Panther in something.

“Let’s just say, I’d like to continue with Shuri,” said Wright. “She’s one of my favorite characters—such a blessing, I kid you not, I’m so grateful for her. There’s a lot coming up.”

Obviously, there is going to be more Black Panther appearances in the MCU. Even though Chadwick Boseman passed away before filming could begin on ‘Wakanda Forever,’ the torch was passed to Wright as Shuri was given the role of new Black Panther. And while we don’t know if there is going to be a third ‘BP’ film, we do have two ‘Avengers’ films on the horizon, and you have to assume she’ll appear in one or both of those.

So, let’s not start the rumors about “Black Panther 3” because clearly she didn’t say that’s happening. But she’s all but confirmed that more appearances of the Black Panther will happen in the future. Hey, who knows? Maybe she’ll show up with some of the other younger characters in “Young Avengers?”
