I need a little more clarification on the objective of the deck. Are you wanting a deck with the longest list of combos, a deck with a large number of completely unique combos that you want to draw naturally, or a deck with a large number of completely unique combos and you will tutor the last piece? Each different style is going to require different combos.
Without any specific guidance on how you want to build the deck I am just going to list some of my favorites. I'll just list off cards, LMK if you need an explanation for any.
-
Thopter Foundry/Sword of the Meek/Krark-Clan Ironworks(or Ashnod's Altar)
-
Melira, Sylvok Outcast/Sac outlet/Murderous Redcap (or Kitchen Finks)
-
Mikaeus, the Unhallowed/Triskelion (or Walking Ballista and a sac outlet)
-
Yawgmoth, Thran Physician/Blood Artist/two undying creatures

You play the land and the Scute Swarm triggers three times, putting three abilities to copy itself on the stack. Each trigger makes one copy. You end up with 4 total Scute Swarms.
By the time any of the three triggers resolve the land has already entered and will not trigger any of the copies.

Correct, both Akroma, Vision of Ixidor and Majestic Myriarch will see the Slivers as having the abilities granted to them.

Side note to ease your understanding while not directly answering the question:
This differs from the answer to your previous question because your previous question involved a card in exile granting abilities to cards in exile. Unless otherwise stated abilities only function on the battlefield. Additionally if something is referred to by a type it is a permanent on the battlefield, so cards in exile are not "sliver creatures".

Akroma, Vision of Ixidor doesn't give counters, it gives a static buff until EoT. There are some things that interact with counters, so it is an important distinction to make. But yes, if something (such as a Sliver) is granting an ability to Sliver creatures, then Slivers creatures on the battlefield have those abilities.

Xenagos, God of Revels is aggro and can win a 4 person pod. Not really controlling. More "I can't be controlled".

TypicalTimmy I'm sorry that you had to wait 6 months for those. If you haven't started buying them again now that they went (back) to this FOMO bullshit my point stands.

Said on All the combos...
#1Ok, then don't need to worry about trying to overlap every combo and have all pieces in multiple combos. Unless you have multiple other undying creature combos it may not be worth the Yawgmoth combo, but all the others are solid for the type of deck you mentioned. Even the 4 piece Hulk combo because all you need is a sac outlet and Hulk and then you can tutor everything else with Hulk triggers.
