Can Yasharn, Implacable Earth only search for basic lands?

Can Yasharn, Implacable Earth only search for basic lands such as Plains or can it also grab lands such as Hallowed Fountain?

Since the text specifies "basic Forest card" and "basic Plains card", you can only get basic lands. Hallowed Fountain doesn't have the "Basic" supertype on its type line, so Yasharn's ability can't search for it.

Unlike wood elves, Yasharn specifies basic forest and basic plains. While wood elves can find any land with the forest subtype, Yasharn can only find basic lands.
