Pokemon-themed Deck

I'm thinking about making a Pokemon-themed deck where you "capture" your opponent's creature or take control of your opponent's creature.
Just like that, the win con is already muddled.
I also don't have any idea what format it should be in. Probably commander as there are commanders that can take control of your opponent's creatures, such as Rubinia Soulsinger. But otherwise, I have no idea what to do with this deck.
Maybe have it be creature control where you have your opponent's "pokemon" fight the pokemon you "captured", kinda like a "Pokemon Battle".
I have no idea what I'm going to do with this. :|

Don't be a thief, you can't catch opponents's pokemon ;)
I have two suggestions for you:
a fight-centric deck, e.g. Neyith of the Dire Hunt. Your commander would be the only human or humanoid. You include many fight spells and Lure effects, because you want your pokemon to fight other's pokemon. Also, definitely include Lifecrafter's Bestiary, as it's basically a pokedex.
Second suggestion: Legendary tribal with Sisay, Weatherlight Captain, where you only include legendary Non-humans.
OR, if you really wanna do the theft-deck, maybe Sen Triplets as Team Rocket?
