Primary Win condition (As early as turn 5 or 6)

Intruder Alarm + Gemhide Sliver or Manaweft Sliver + Sliver Overlord = Can play every sliver in your deck.

Use your other slivers to tap for at least five mana, putting 5 in your pool. Use Sliver Overlord's search ability to search out a 1 CMC Sliver and put it into play, netting one positive mana and untapping all your slivers. Do this for all your 1 CMC slivers, then all your 2 CMC slivers, and you should end out with enough spare mana to play every single sliver in your deck. Heartstone and/or Training Grounds makes this combo even easier to achieve.

Secondary Win Condition (As early as turn 5 or 6)

Lavabelly Sliver + Sliver Queen + Other combo piece.

How to get there. This deck has a ton of ramp. Use your mana artifacts as a priority. The second priority is getting combo pieces down. It is common to have upwards of 7 mana by turn 4.

This is the general build, but there are other ways to win.

Alternative win route. (As early as turn 2)

Step 1: Achieve infinite mana combo. Isochron Scepter with Dramatic Reversal imprinted + mana rocks/slivers that generate at least two colorless mana and one colored mana. Ideally, you have Sol Ring + Arcane Signet
Step 2: Tap Sol Ring for two mana, Tap Arcane Signet for one colored mana, activate Isochron Scepter for the two colorless. This, in turn, will cast Dramatic Reversal, thus untapping your Sol Ring and Arcane Signet. You can repeat this process infinitely, gaining one extra mana each time.
Step 3: Build enough mana to cast your commander Sliver Overlord, then build enough mana to use his tutor ability.

Tutor order. Quick Sliver (Enables instant speed), Root Sliver (Uncounterable Slivers), Sliver Queen (To use her spawn ability), and Lavabelly Sliver.

Step 4: Continue to build mana and cast enough Sliver Queen spawns to kill all opponents.

If your opponents are immune to noncombat damage, you can go face. Just tutor for Cloudshredder Sliver, and they all gain haste.

You can also mill all opponents out, tutor for Screeching Sliver

Intuition piles

Morophon, the Boundless + Sevinne's Reclamation + Animate Dead

If they leave you with Morophon, the Boundless cast as soon as possible. You can now cast all your five color slivers, including your commander, for free.
If they leave you with Animate Dead you can bring back Morophon, the Boundless
If they leave you with Sevinne's Reclamation cast that to return Animate Dead and then Morophon, the Boundless.

Reanimation package

Sevinne's Reclamation works really well with Dance of the Dead, Animate Dead and Necromancy. If they kill your stuff, these three enchantments will bring back any of your slivers. If they kill them again, Sevinne's Reclamation brings back one, and when you cast it for it’s flashback cost, will bring back two. You must target the enchantments in the graveyard. You also have access to Entomb and Reanimate.

Notable Combos

Sliver Overlord + Amoeboid Changeling = Permanently steal any creature. Nothing sweeter than stealing another player's commander.
Sliver Queen + Mana Echoes = Unlimited 1/1 Slivers and colorless mana. If you cannot attack (either through lack of haste or cards like Ensnaring Bridge), Lavabelly Sliver will end it. Also, thanks to the always-net positive mana, Necrotic Sliver also removes all opponents' permanents.
Sliver Queen + Heartstone + Basal Sliver = Unlimited 1/1 Slivers and Black mana. See above for uses of unlimited mana and slivers.
Sliver Queen + Basal Sliver + Dormant Sliver = Draw entire library.

What to tutor for early game?

Creature tutor – Manaweft Sliver or Gemhide Sliver
Enchantment – Generally go for Training Grounds but can also go for Mana Echoes if you are doing good on mana.
Instant or sorcery – Situational, but typically Intuition.
