By "the original Tibalt," I'm going to assume that you mean Tibalt the Chaotic.

Hellbent - When ~ enters the battlefield, if you have no cards in your hand, it enters with two additional loyalty counters

+1 Choose a card name at random from Demonfire, Cackling Flames and Twinstrike and create a copy of that spell. Until the end of your next turn, you may cast that copy (you must pay that spell's mana cost).

-1 Choose a card name at random from Tragic Fall and Infernal Tutor and create a copy of that spell. Until end of turn, you may cast that copy without paying its mana cost.

-4 Choose a card name at random from Cutthroat il-Dal, Rakdos Pit Dragon and Jagged Poppet and create a token copy of that card

Make a version of Garruk if he were to be made in Crimson Vow. Bonus points if he transforms.

These Are my only obvious cuts but its hard to make other cuts. I also think you need to bring your creature count up to 19, 20 if you include your cmdr.

When it comes to making cuts I always look at the mana curve first to get an idea of where to look first. So 5 drops and 7 drops.

I like a lot of the cards you have on this list and I'm beginning to think it's a stax deck that focuses on discard. I think if you focused more on creature hate with cards like No Mercy and Tainted AEther I also think Mogis, God of Slaughter would make a better Cmdr but I could be wrong. I just like the idea of mogis burn while nobody can do anything.
