I like this deck, very much, but I would choose Nature's Chant over Disenchant, since it is strictly better than its predecessor, and I also would recommend Archangel of Thune over Ageless Entity, unless having a single very powerful creature is more important than making all of your creatures more powerful.

I recommend Eternal Witness over Revive, unless you wish to keep the mana curve of your deck low, and Soul of Eternity is superior to Serra Avatar in the majority of situations.

Also, do you have a limited monetary budget for your lands? You have many lands that enter the battlefield tapped, so I would recommend that you replace them with lands such as Temple Garden or Wooded Bastion, and I also think that Saltcrusted Steppe is simply too slow, unless you have proliferation in your deck.

Have you considered some lands with token synergies, since you're packing the token doublers? I have a few more on my possible list, but I'm weary of sacrificing too many lands, or ones that ETB tapped.

I have some land suggestions for you! Not all of them are great, but some of them could be pretty snazzy.

• Vivid Grove, Vivid Meadow, Vivid Marsh and Vivid Creek are all any color lands that just need you to proliferate every once in a while.

• Peat Bog, Hickory Woodlot, Saprazzan Skerry, Remote Farm, and Throne of Makindi are all two-for-one mana sources, so long as you proliferate.

• Saltcrusted Steppe, Dreadship Reef, and Calciform Pools are all dual color storage lands and could all be big pay offs late game.

• Novijen, Heart of Progress, Hall of Oracles, Oran-Rief, the Vastwood, Animal Sanctuary, Tyrite Sanctum, Nesting Grounds, Llanowar Reborn, Gavony Township, and Karn's Bastion are all just cards that relate to tokens on your creatures.

• Hostile Hostel  ^Flip lets you get a big, mean creature in exchange for sacrifices one small dude.

• Crawling Barrens can get activated once, forgotten until someone doesn't have blockers, then swing with an absolute tank.

• Fountain of Cho, Icatian Store, Subterranean Hangar, Bottomless Vault, Rushwood Grove, Hollow Trees, Saprazzan Cove, and Sand Silos are the same as the above, but inarguably worse. Idunno, could be even snazzy late-game, but like, ehhh, nah, probably not.

Take out Elfhame Palace, Saltcrusted Steppe, and Vivid Grove to add in 3 more basics (probably all forests). Other non-basics could also be swapped. Also, here's a list of mana-dorks that have keyword abilities that would be nice to add in: Birds of Paradise, Gilded Goose, Steward of Valeron, and Sylvan Caryatid.

Also just wanted to say I really like your build! It's pretty well balanced(I have no issues with running Alters, this game can be ridiculously expensive), and there are many cards in here(such as Trepanation Blade, and Saltcrusted Steppe) that I love but rarely see due to nobody in my playgroup running them.

You have to many tap lands, Graypelt Refuge, Tranquil Expanse, Temple of Plenty, Selesnya Guildgate, Saltcrusted Steppe, Evolving Wilds, and Blossoming Sands just shouldn't be run. Use basics or use expensive duels that can enter untapped. I'd personally remove Scattered Groves, Opal Palace, Gavony Township, and Animal Sanctuary I find them to be slow and often don't return the value spent.

Just a note, one for one trades like Beast Within tend to be bad in commander. You also will probably want to run more one to two mana ramp cards like Avacyn's Pilgrim and Wild Growth.

So I recently put Calciform Pools, Dreadship Reef, and Saltcrusted Steppe in my deck. Regrettably I haven't had a chance to see them in play yet. I've had Mirrodin's Core out and it was working great so I figured why not 3 more storage lands. Whats your take on this?

On the proliferate theme Inexorable Tide does huge work. It does feel like a 5 mana investment that does nothing immediately but if it stick it has some serious potential.

I don't think the storage lands are super expensive and they're an easy way for Atraxa deck to ramp. The storage lands are Saltcrusted Steppe , Dreadship Reef , etc.

All my other suggestions are way beyond $5 sorry :p
