A lot of the flavor here feels really bland due to the use of historical people and public domain artifacts. (Wanna build a deck with both Cleopatra, Exiled Pharaoh and Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons?)

At least Outlaw and Assassin kindred decks are eating good. For commanders who want to attack, Brotherhood Regalia is pretty much a straight upgrade over e.g. Prowler's Helm.

IcyFire27 You could swap out Prowler's Helm for Rogue's Passage. Maybe cut a few of the lesser creatures for more draw. You should see plenty of creatures at around 27-33, coupled with draw you see everything. Ugin seems good but not necessary. Cheers!

Gotta Love Zurgo! A buddy of mine has a Zurgo Deck as well that I usually had a hard time beating. His main goal was to get Zurgo out as quickly as possible and then make him unblockable somehow. Usually by giving him shadow or something like that. Dauthi Embrace, Dauthi Trapper, Whispersilk Cloak, Prowler's Helm, might be useful to you, I see you already have Rogue's Passage. Smash ON! IMO must includes for draw, control, and a bit of ramp Grappling Hook, Angel of Condemnation, Endless Atlas, Darksteel Mutation, Empowered Autogenerator, Steel Hellkite.

Here are a list of unblockable artifacts that smooth out any voltron play Hot Soup, Prowler's Helm, Whispersilk Cloak, Suspicious Bookcase, Rogue's Passage, Trailblazer's Boots, Manifold Key, Key to the City.

Perhaps something to make sure your hits with the hammer connect with the opponent? Prowler's Helm or Wedding Invitation or Whispersilk Cloak?

Neat deck. I like the theme that you are going for. Here are a couple thoughts:

Maybe a few more ways to ensure your creatures connect? Any of Cover of Darkness (a bit pricey), Fear, Trailblazer's Boots, Changeling Outcast, Dauthi Voidwalker, Access Tunnel (most of your stuff is small), Whispersilk Cloak, or Prowler's Helm could work.

You only have a few non-rogue/assassin/mercenary creatures, but you could use Conspiracy or Maskwood Nexus to make every creature that you have count.
