Party Thrasher
Creature — Lizard Wizard
Noncreature spells you cast from exile have convoke. (You may tap your creatures as you cast this spell. Each creature you tap while casting this spell pays for or one mana of that creature's colour.)
At the beginning of your precombat main phase, you may discard a card. If you do, exile the top two cards of your library, then choose one of them. You may play that card this turn.

Some thoughts:
-
You probably want to be running 3-4 Fiery Temper so that you can fully abuse Party Thrashers effect.
-
neither Vexing Devil nor Chandra, Dressed to Kill are any good in burn, or modern in general. I’d suggest ditching both. The above mentioned Fiery Temper makes a good replacement for some of these slots, you could easily run Goblin Guide, or maybe even Blazing Rootwalla to get back up to 60.
