Mausoleum Harpy

Creature — Harpy

Ascend (If you control ten or more permanents, you get the city's blessing for the rest of the game.)

Whenever another creature you control dies, if you have the city's blessing, put a +1/+1 counter on Mausoleum Harpy.

Would cards like Mausoleum Harpy work in this deck? I feel like you'd have to have a lot of 1/1's die on your side of the board to boost him up pretty well but then if your opponents have a lot more creatures then it'll still die?

Yahenni, Undying Partisan is another card I was wondering about.

Thanks!

Ok, so I'll modify Sunburst in a way. Does that count?

Sun's Grace

You gain X life and may put X +1/+1 counters divided as you choose among creatures you control, where X is the amount of different color mana used to cast ~.

When in despair, doubt, or darkness, follow the sun. It's healing light will guide you through all.

So this might be a tougher challenge, but I was thinking of a completely new mechanic. Sort of like the City's Blessing, except only one player can have it. It's called Power, and how it works is that spells with Power cause its caster to get the Power. Then, spells can have additional effects if its owner controls the Power. So lets take Mausoleum Harpy, except with this new Power rule. So instead of having Ascend, it has Power (which doesn't require the 10 permanents). And for as long as you have Power, if something you control dies, put a +1/+1 counter on ~. I hope this makes sense lol.
