It depends on exactly how the ability is written. Since Infiltration Lens says "becomes blocked by a creature", yes, it will trigger twice if the equipped creature gets blocked by 2 creatures. If we're talking about something that just says "becomes blocked" like Alley Grifters then no, that would only trigger once regardless of how many creatures blocked it.

If an effect from a spell or ability blocks something without using any creatures (Dazzling Beauty, Trap Runner, etc.) then "becomes blocked by a creature" abilities won't trigger but "becomes blocked" abilities will trigger.

603.7. An effect may create a delayed triggered ability that can do something at a later time. A delayed triggered ability will contain when, whenever, or at, although that word wont usually begin the ability.

603.7b A delayed triggered ability will trigger only oncethe next time its trigger event occursunless it has a stated duration, such as this turn.

Dazzling Beauty creates a delayed triggered ability. Delayed triggered abilities only trigger once. "Next turn's upkeep" is not a duration, it's a trigger event.

If I cast Dazzling Beauty and have a Paradox Haze out would I get to draw 2 extra cards on my next turn? or would Dazzling Beauty only give me one extra draw on the first upkeep?
