Can't join Family plan

For: Family plan members

Plan members can change plans once every 12 months.

You need to be logged into your own Spotify account and have received an invite to your email address to join.

  • You need to be living with the plan manager
  • Enter the same address as the plan manager upon joining the plan

The invite isn’t working

  • Try opening the link in an incognito/private window of your browser.
  • The invite expires when used by another member. Ask the manager of the plan to send you a new link to try again.

Address not found?

If your address doesn't autocomplete, enter the entire address, then select Find.

If you still can’t find it, select your building, street name, or a close public space or building. Just don't use someone else's address.
