End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (individual or entity) and UZMI Games for the use of the game Tales of Shadowland ("Game"). By installing, copying, or using this Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
License Grant: UZMI Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Game solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, except as otherwise permitted by UZMI Games.
Restrictions on Use: You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game. Additionally, you agree not to distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or sell the Game or your account.
Intellectual Property: The Game is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by UZMI Games.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall UZMI Games be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
Prohibited Actions: While using the Game, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
*Duplicating items, exploiting glitches, or cheating in any way.
*Harassing, abusing, threatening, or violating the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
*Uploading or transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
Support and Updates: UZMI Games is not obligated to provide technical support or updates for the Game, but may do so at its discretion.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.
By clicking "Accept" or by installing, copying, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
