Article 5 (Service Definition and Terms of Use)

c. In the case where there is an obstacle to the use of "service" due to reasons attributable to the member,
d. In the case where there is no intention or negligence of the company,
2. Members sell products using "services" except when specifically permitted in an explicit document signed by "Starflex-VR"
It is not possible to engage in business activities, especially through hacking, money-making advertisements, commercial activities through obscene sites, and illegal distribution of commercial S/W.
"Starflex-VR" is not responsible for the consequences and losses of business activities and legal actions taken by related agencies.
3. "Starflex-VR" shall not be liable for the loss of profits expected by a member using "service", and through other "service",
We are not responsible for damages caused by the obtained data.
4. "Starflex-VR" is not responsible for information, data, reliability of facts, and accuracy posted by members.
5. The user is legally responsible for the mail sent by the member.

Article 10 (Management of posts)

Article 12 (Providing information and posting advertisements)

Article 14 (Dispute Resolution)

Article 15 (Applicable Law and competent court)
1. The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to the interpretation of these terms and conditions and disputes between "Starflex-VR" and members.
2. If a lawsuit is filed due to a dispute between "Starflex-VR" and a member regarding the use of "Service", the Jeonju District Court shall be designated as the competent court of the first instance court.
