Tarsier Studios does it again. Little Nightmares II is a gem in its purest form. A shining diamond in the horror genre of games that has us all at the edge of our seats.
The game follows Mono, a boy who wakes up from nightmares featuring a long corridor with a door at the end. He begins a journey to find the meaning of these dreams, encountering a young girl along the way to help him on his way. Together, this duo travels to the Pale City, where an ominous TV signal has turned the entire city into its own Little Nightmare.
This journey is full of frightening encounters, mind-numbing puzzles, and unexpected surprises!

If you enjoy horror, puzzles, and a truly amazing atmosphere? Then this game, as well as the first one, are must-plays for you. These games were not made for the exclusive goal of earning a profit. You can just tell. This game was made with passion, love, and care. It was not 'created' by its developer, it was 'born' by them. This game, despite it's seeming simplicity, is so deep, so meaningful, and absolutely steeped in between-the-lines messages and hints at what it means to be a free-thinking human, and that we silently struggle with the suppressed, carnal, base instincts below the veil of intelligence.

This game brings it all to light. It is so curiously different, yet so very morbidly, grotesquely, terrifyingly familiar. This game doesn't just give you something to do on a boring Friday night. It leaves you thinking, it leaves you speechless, and most importantly of all? It stays with you, even after you've completed it.
This is truly a remarkable game, about as near to perfection in the horror genre as you can get, and I sincerely, desperately hope they'll release Little Nightmares III to continue this amazing story about a Little Child, and its Little Nightmares.
