The 1.1.2.0 version of the game was my GOTY 2023. Unfortunately the game was updated with difficulty adjustments that removed all challenge from the game. If a Round8 employee is reading this - please add a difficulty select instead. For everyone else, here is how to rollback the game to the release version:

1. Win+R
2. steam://open/console
3. download_depot 1627720 1627721 6414528620246400900
4. Go to the download folder, and copy all files.
5. Right click "Lies of P" in Steam, then "Manage" and "Browse local files".
6. Paste all the files, overwriting everything in the process.
7. Go to the "Binaries" folder, and then "Win64".
8. Create a file named "steam_appid.txt"
9. Enter it using Notepad, paste "1627720" into it and save.
10. Run the game using "LOP-Win64-Shipping.exe" in the same folder.
