i want to refund a game but i have played it for more than 2 hours(3.15 hours)
i want help so i can refund a game "hell let loose" and i have played for more than 2 hours and i tried to make the game work but it didn't and now i'm 30$ down what should i do?

Contact Steam Support, explain the situation in detail, with screenshots if possible. They'll advise you from there.
