Two perks I use regardless of build are Windows of Opportunity and Lithe.

For the two others, I I used to have a sort of objective-oriented build with Deja Vu and Kindred, but after getting tunneled a few thousand times I switched to a more selfish one with Off the Record and Decisive Strike.

Because the only hope you have in solo q now is to manage the whole game, including the two low experience players and the probable meta perk camper you face. (Unless you overplay, and get carried by a trio all month.)

4th perk swaps depending upon what I am running into. For example, if I keep seeing BBQ & Chili + another aura perk (pretty common as of late) most games, I will put on Distortion.
