I found the game through the Cerebral Puzzle Showcase and was SUPER excited to see it ... couldn't wait to download and try it out! I love playing puzzle games, and this is just perfect for me. And then I read the Terms of Use and Privacy policies. This is a perfect example of a consumer and privacy abusive company. I wouldn't download it even for free. It hurts to ignore such a gorgeous game that's perfect for me. For those who care about consumer rights and privacy, do not accept the terms - they're awful.
