I can't because you will not fix a bug that has been present for at least 2 weeks and prevents a whole lot of players from logging onto the server without crashing.

I'd imagine that there working hard on it, its certainly not an easy thing to fix.

I really wish that we had more insight on what's going on behind the scenes.. A roadmap, an active bug tracker or anything.

How tone deaf are these devs? Genuinely who thinks "hey we know a bunch of you guys haven't been able to play for 2 weeks because of a bug we don't even acknowledge outside of our useless support line, but hey look at all this cool content you cant play with!"

Can we get achievements?

Honestly, 2 weeks to fix a bug is a short time frame depending on how deep the root of the bugs problem is. I'm sure they are working on it, probably.
