fix please or just give us any update on that
If you ever read these threads, we already know about these FAQs and Developer Notes (which are dated by now). In fact some of them aren't useful to us. What we really need from you is answers to questions such as "why can't I change my cosmetics before joining the game to keep the game from crashing?" or similar, such as those echoed in the first two replies of this thread (and no, the prepared FAQ hasn't helped). Many of us are physically aching to get back into the game — teeming with therapeutic puzzles and beauty alike — but are locked out of the Auroral's Lands by this one bug. Fixing this bug should take precedence over all else (but maybe also communicate with us directly to reassure us)!
Or perhaps consider these questions:
- Will the game ever have an offline singleplayer mode at any point during post-release?
- Will there be any puzzles that require cooperation?
- What if I want to reset my progress?
- Will there ever be an in-game chat feature (or more/better ways to ping/emote)?

I didn't get it, I've developed the DEMO hard and collected money, but I didn't get the full version of the transfer, I had to do it all over again.
On the front page of the discussions is a post about offline mode. De devs have responded there with;
"As for the offline mode, the game is designed to be experienced in a shared world. If ever there are updates to this, we will be sure to share that information!"
There have been other communications about this as well, so you're just bad at searching or intentionally being trollish.
The lack of communication about fixing bugs is more concerning.
But on the bright side, a recent patch fixed some of them, so I know the developers are at least competently at work. This also means what I said my other post about cosmetics is kinda invalid now (yay!) due to that very patch (my little list still stands though, as the FAQ gives answers only in a present sense, not so much a future sense).
